I think the loyalty thing is a double. We love the little and dislike the big guy. As for BPL, the limits that we were told about for copper have been blown away three or four times now. I do not know the science, but I wouldn't bet against this becoming a solved problem. The thing that the power folks would have going for them is that, unlike the telcos, they are unlikely to have delusions about owning the customer.
