Verisign has offended their most important customers... network operators, web masters, hosting companies, and domain resellers. Although their new "service" is designed to help end users, those are the least likely to buy Verisign's real services, SSL certificates and domain names. The vast majority of those products have been bought by the above named customers on behalf of end users. If Verisign continues in their obstinacy, they will make a transformation from a "trust company" to the "company you can't trust". Joe Alagna
