Duopoly?

By duopoly do you mean on net access via cable and DSL? AFAICT, just about every ISP in Toronto that offers dialup also offers DSL (and some that don't offer dialup -- I use istop.com). This seems to be the way it works throughout Bell Canada teritorry (well, I guess I've just observed it in Toronto, Hamilton, Ottawa and Montreal). Is it different elsewhere? Am I missing something?
